The Board of Directors consists of four officers and five directors-at-large. This core management team focuses on the strategy and operation of the ministry. The team and a short bio are listed below.

Richi Boullon, President
Richi has a heart for ministry and to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. He began his disaster relief career in 2016 with Helping Hands Foreign Missions, where God used this ministry in a mighty way to help and share Jesus with over 200 families in Georgia suffering from a natural disaster in a three-year span.
Richi and his beautiful wife Lisa were married on December 1, 2023. They live in Pendergrass, GA, with no biological children. Lisa does have a stepson Jason, his wife Amanda and their two girls, Riley and Logan (their grandchildren). Richi and Lisa both love the Lord, studying His Word, worshipping together and serving. For rest and relaxation, they love going to the beach and recently started camping.

Blake Duck, Vice President
Blake began his career at Duck’s Poultry Service in 2005 as a Poultry Vaccinator becoming a third generation in the family owned company that was started in 1942. Duck’s Poultry Service is a growing small business that started its roots in Poultry laboratory sampling and vaccinating and has recently branched out into pullet moving and pullet sorting. Duck’s Poultry serves a client base in North Georgia and South Carolina.
Blake earned his degree from the University of Georgia in Agricultural Engineering with Structural emphasis. Upon graduating in 2012, Blake started his career as Process Engineer for Huber Engineered Woods where he gained a great deal of technical skills and leadership training.
Blake and his wife Kelli have been married for seven years and have a sweet daughter Briley, and a son Drake, arriving in April 2020. They live in Talmo, GA and enjoy serving in various roles at Christ Place Church. Blake enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and hunting.

Taylor Pace, Treasurer
Taylor is a senior accountant for RESJ, PC. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from North Greenville University and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia. Taylor has a passion for global missions and the administrative side of ministry. He and his wife Gennifer have been married since 2017 and live in Auburn, Georgia, with their son Haddon and goldendoodle Moose.

Travis Benton
Travis is a third-generation steward of United Pump and Controls, a family business that services the petroleum equipment industry, designing and installing fuel systems for commercial and fleet fueling stations. Travis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University in 2009.
Travis and his wife, Brittany, were married in 2011 and have two precious daughters, Mackenzie and Hannah, and a beagle named Raleigh. They live in Pendergrass, GA and are active members at Chestnut Mountain Church. He enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and recently began pursuing a passion for aviation.
Travis is passionate about discipleship and serving others. God used an invitation to serve in Disaster Relief to teach him to share the Gospel and serve others in His name. Disaster relief is as much about serving the volunteers as it is serving the communities impacted by natural disasters.

Ben Garrison
Ben is from Stockbridge, Georgia, and is the lead pastor at Manley Baptist Church in Morristown, Tennessee. Prior to that, Ben was on the pastoral staff at Christ Place Church in Oakwood, Georgia.
Ben has been married to his wife Mallory since May 2016. They have two sons, Judah and Elijah. They have been in Northeast Georgia for many years and currently live in Clermont. Beyond ministry, Ben enjoys time with his family, trips with his wife, Georgia football, coffee, and a few Spartan Races!
Ric Williams
Ric is a native of Hall County where he met his wife Mitzi and has two children. Ric has been involved with Christian ministry for almost 25 years. As a teacher, Ric has taught in public school and now teaches at a private Christian school.
Ric’s heart for ministry led to him getting involved in disaster relief where he has served for many years. He helped start a disaster relief ministry where he has continued to serve.
Ric has led and participated in many disaster relief projects and trips. He is blessed and fulfilled with the opportunity to minister to people that are hurting due to disasters. He has also been a leader in training and certifying others in this ministry.
